Add email account to Outlook.
If no account is linked to Outlook and this will be the first account, you can go to the 3rd step below.
If an account is already linked in Outlook, you can easily add an account via File
Then click Add Account.
Enter the email address here and then click Make a connection.
Then click here IMAP
Here you have to enter the server information. If your website name is, for example, bicycles.nl, you have to go to the Incoming email server & Outgoing Email server enter the following information: mail.fietsen.nl
In our case we fill in mail.flexamedia.nl because our website name is www.flexamedia.nl Attention!! this differs for every company. So first check what your website name is and enter it correctly as shown in the image below. For the port on incoming e-mail you can enter the number 993 put down. For Outgoing Email, this is: 465 The encryption method for both the incoming and outgoing email are: SSL / TLS Then click next.
Enter it here Password and click Make a connection.
If you would like to add an e-mail address, you can do so below Add another email address to do. If you want to complete the process, you can click Ready. The email account is automatically added under the existing email accounts.
