5. A security warning will follow, click on open.

7. A window will open (Screen Recording) click Open System Preferences.
8. Click on the padlock at the bottom left. You must enter your Mac's password to unlock it.
9. Check ISL Light Client.app
10. Helpdesk employee will disconnect and provide a new session code.
11. Click Join again
12. A window will open (accessibility) click on Open System Preferences
